- Creators must ensure that their products or content do not infringe the rights of third parties.
4. Transactions, FUOMO Coins, and FUOMO Points
- Transactions on FUOMO may include product purchases, support contributions to Creators, and other activities available on the platform.
- FUOMO Coins may be used as a transaction unit within the platform.
- Conversion rates, service fees, payment terms, and certain limitations may apply in accordance with FUOMO policies.
- FUOMO Points are part of a reward program and may be subject to terms, limitations, expiration periods, or changes.
- FUOMO may update the terms related to Coins and Points from time to time.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use FUOMO to:
- Conduct illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.
- Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
